(Approx 100-300 words)

I championed and produced Spur Corporation’s inaugural Greater Good Week (10–14 November 2025), co‑leading the initiative with exceptional support from our CPO, Colleen Carr. From the outset, I defined the vision and narrative: a focused, values‑led programme designed to revive culture, boost morale, inspire pride in our impact, and strengthen alignment with Spur Corp’s journey. I positioned the week around our “why,” ensuring every activity and message helped colleagues reconnect emotionally and intellectually with the meaning behind our daily work. I led end‑to‑end delivery—owning the programme architecture, content strategy, and activation plan across teams and locations. I built a cohesive editorial calendar, set the messaging framework, and directed creative execution so that all touchpoints felt consistent, human, and high‑impact. I coordinated cross‑functional partners, aligned EXCO sponsors, and worked through timelines, approvals, and logistics to maintain momentum and quality. Throughout, I ensured a tightly integrated strategy, turning values into lived experiences rather than one‑off communications. Execution focused on shared experiences and values‑in‑action storytelling—highlighting real people, real work, and real community outcomes. I curated content that was concise, resonant, and accessible across internal channels, and I equipped leaders with briefings and talking points to drive local ownership. I also collected feedback and qualitative insights during and after the week, translating learnings into clear recommendations to sustain engagement beyond the campaign window. The impact was tangible: Greater Good Week re‑energised culture, lifted morale, and reignited pride in our collective contribution. It strengthened alignment across teams and locations by making our purpose visible and felt. By orchestrating strategy, content, and cross‑functional execution, I established Greater Good Week as a cultural milestone for Spur Corporation and laid a strong foundation for an even more ambitious iteration in 2026.

About Rising Star

The Rising Star Programme, operated by BlackBark Productions, has been established for the purposes of recognising, celebrating and connecting young talented people who have a capacity for achievement and success and who contribute in an inspirational manner to the future of our nation. The qualities that elevate Rising Stars to the top go beyond performance and technical excellence. Rising Stars are polished, brilliant individuals with tremendous promise and great talent who excel for reasons that go far beyond their technical abilities alone.

Talented people make things happen, are highly committed to achieving goals, innovate very rapidly, and create a great deal of value (for companies and/or themselves) when their talent is spotted and harnessed.

The Programme aims to be a significant and sustainable vehicle through which organisations, our country and our continent can identify and nurture these “organisational and national assets” who are set to play a key role in shaping the future of our country and our continent.
