| The industry we in is nuanced being related to Google search and how people search, this has changed dramatically in the past few years and the main challenge was people went from consuming written content to video and other forms of media. To perform we needed to adapt our capability massively to be able to keep our clients at the forefront and cutting edge. Seeing this ahead of time we created a separate entity, developed a podcast to learn first hand how this sector really functions and have since pivoted very succesfully and grown our capability, scope of opportunity for our work force, added more value to our customers, won new ones and had a positive revenue impact. |
