(Approx 100-300 words)

Since 2015, I’ve built my career on making a real impact through vision, innovation, and collaboration. Early on, at Ogilvy, Grid Worldwide, and Network BBDO, I had the chance to work on amazing international brands like Multichoice, Tiger Brands, SAB, British Airways, Samsung, and MTN, delivering campaigns that weren’t just commercially successful, but also award-winning. Those experiences taught me to challenge perspectives, solve complex problems, and constantly find better ways of working across different industries.
At Boundless, I work side by side with Paul Jackson and the co-founders, helping shape the growth of an agency made up entirely of experts. I bring my experience to design innovative client solutions, combining strategy, creative, and execution in ways that anticipate trends and deliver real results. I’m proactive in driving new business, encouraging cross-functional ideas, and leveraging technology to boost campaign performance and team efficiency.
I thrive on creating experimental, collaborative environments where bold ideas come to life. Looking back, from managing international accounts to leading growth at Boundless, I’ve consistently turned vision into results. I’m passionate about what I do, ambitious about where I’m going, and relentless in making sure every idea counts.

About Rising Star

The Rising Star Programme, operated by BlackBark Productions, has been established for the purposes of recognising, celebrating and connecting young talented people who have a capacity for achievement and success and who contribute in an inspirational manner to the future of our nation. The qualities that elevate Rising Stars to the top go beyond performance and technical excellence. Rising Stars are polished, brilliant individuals with tremendous promise and great talent who excel for reasons that go far beyond their technical abilities alone.

Talented people make things happen, are highly committed to achieving goals, innovate very rapidly, and create a great deal of value (for companies and/or themselves) when their talent is spotted and harnessed.

The Programme aims to be a significant and sustainable vehicle through which organisations, our country and our continent can identify and nurture these “organisational and national assets” who are set to play a key role in shaping the future of our country and our continent.
