| I am a leader and colleague with great interest in seeing growth in others. Being in a technically specialised team I indetified the need to develop training manuals for new and upcoming team members to help them better understand and learn provesses followed in doing work and delivering for the client. In achieving this i leveraged the skills of my team members based on their expertise and experiences in various engagements. Through this process I have demonstrated my vision to harness and fuel growth in the team. As we develop the content the next phase will involve incorporating the learnings on the departmental intranet for ease of access, thus innovating the learning process in the team which traditionally focused on on-the job skills, by supporting it with knowledge based content and structure. |
