| Throughout my career at Sirvify, I have consistently focused on building toward a future where African businesses leverage edge-to-cloud infrastructure and customer data as strategic assets, not just IT tools. I envisioned Sirvify not as a traditional ICT reseller, but as a data-driven services company combining SaaS, managed SDR services, and enterprise infrastructure into one measurable growth engine. To bring this vision to life, I designed industry-specific edge-to-cloud use cases across retail, financial services, and logistics, integrating solutions from partners such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise to deliver scalable, secure architectures tailored to growth-stage companies. Rather than selling hardware, we reframed engagements around quantified business outcomes—revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Internally, I introduced performance-based structures for sales and customer success teams, implemented KPI-driven onboarding systems, and built automated outbound engines to ensure predictable pipeline generation. I encouraged experimentation by testing new pricing models, hybrid cloud strategies, and managed service frameworks—especially for clients transitioning from informal systems (e.g., WhatsApp-based operations) to secure cloud platforms. I actively invite team input when refining scripts, workflows, and service models, fostering an intrapreneurial culture where ideas are piloted quickly and measured rigorously. By combining technology, data, and disciplined execution, I have consistently challenged conventional ICT sales approaches and repositioned Sirvify as a strategic growth partner rather than a product supplier. |
