Please provide examples of how you have shown passion and had positive impact in your career | |
| My passion shows in how I respond when people face difficulty. At Racket Rescue, this often begins when a player’s racket breaks and they feel stuck or frustrated. For many, the sport is an important outlet, and losing access to it has a real impact. I made it a priority to provide honest solutions, even when it required extra time, experimentation, or cost on our side. This approach led to the creation of the Replay programme, where damaged or unwanted rackets are restored to full standard and placed into communities with limited access to the sport. The focus is dignity through quality, not charity. Within the business, I support others by creating an environment where skills are learned under pressure and mistakes are treated as part of growth. This has built confidence, accountability, and technical excellence. Through consistent action, I have shown that real impact comes from practical support, responsibility, and long term thinking. |
