| I have shown passion and positive impact in my career by consistently turning creative work into practical value for businesses, young people, and communities. As a co-founder of a media and marketing company, I don’t only focus on producing content, but on solving real problems such as visibility, credibility, and growth. One example is my work on large infrastructure and renewable energy projects, where I led the production of short documentary-style videos that showcased local youth-owned businesses and engineering students involved in the projects. These videos were used by stakeholders for reporting, marketing, and community engagement, while also giving small businesses professional exposure they would not normally access. I have also worked with construction and automotive companies to improve their public image through structured branding, professional video content, and internal communication tools. In several cases, this helped businesses position themselves more professionally when approaching larger contractors and partners. Beyond client work, I actively mentor interns and young creatives by giving them hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, and video production. I guide them through real projects, deadlines, and client expectations, helping them build both technical skills and work ethic.
