| Throughout my career, I have shown passion and made a positive impact by consistently investing in people, promoting a strong safety culture, and driving operational excellence across the mining environment. I have always been committed to developing others, mentoring graduates, coaching supervisors, and creating opportunities for cross-functional exposure, which has strengthened capability and built a more confident, motivated workforce. My dedication to safety has been a central part of my leadership, as I continuously encouraged open reporting, proactive hazard identification, and responsible behaviour, contributing to improved safety awareness and a more engaged safety culture. I have also demonstrated passion through my hands-on approach to operations, maintaining visibility underground and at the face, engaging directly with teams, and building trust through open communication and consistent leadership. |
