| As a leader i believe in the goodness inherent in each of my team members. I approached a situation of an employee experiencing unfair treatment in a team i worked in. For me this was a concern as it was affecting the teammember morale and level of quality output. I took the responsibility to reachout to the business unit lead, outlining the aspects important for employee quality input. Highlighting these enabled the leader to understand the effect of the low and decreasing morale on the individual employee and understand the importance of maintaining fair practices to all. |
