Please provide examples of how you have shown responsible engagement in your career | |
| Responsible engagement has been central to how I built and operate Racket Rescue. Because the business sits at the intersection of technical work, logistics, customer trust, and partner relationships, clear communication and accountability are essential. I work closely with every part of the operation, from repair processes and quality control to customer communication and partner coordination. This ensures expectations are set correctly and delivered on consistently. When a racket is submitted for repair, the client is trusting us with their equipment, time, and money. I take personal responsibility for ensuring that everyone involved understands the standard required and the outcome expected. As the business grew, I focused on building simple systems that allow information to flow clearly between those doing the work and those communicating with clients. This reduced errors, improved turnaround times, and created a more reliable experience for customers. I also engage responsibly with external partners, including clubs, retailers, and community organisations, by being realistic about capabilities and timelines rather than overpromising. This has allowed us to build long term relationships based on trust rather than short term wins. By staying directly involved and maintaining open communication across the business, I have ensured that customer expectations are not only met, but respected. |
