| I demonstrate responsible engagement by actively supporting my colleagues, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations are met. When colleagues lead projects or events and require additional leadership or coordination support, I readily step in to take responsibility for specific workstreams. This approach helps reduce the pressure on project leads and ensures that deliverables are completed efficiently and to a high standard. I place a strong emphasis on inclusivity and collaboration by intentionally involving colleagues from different business units. By forming event support committees, I create opportunities for shared ownership, buy-in, and cross-functional problem-solving. This not only strengthens relationships across the organization but also results in better-coordinated and more impactful outcomes. Additionally, I am a nominated member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, a role that requires trust, accountability, and responsiveness. Colleagues within my business unit know they can approach me with their concerns, and I work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and responsible manner, prioritizing well-being and compliance. I also engage closely with technical divisions to help translate complex technical results into clear, accessible narratives for non-technical audiences.
