Please provide examples of how you have shown responsible engagement in your career
(Approx 100-300 words)

Throughout my career, I’ve made responsible engagement a central part of how I work—building trust, fostering collaboration, and creating value for both clients and colleagues. Early in my career I learned the importance of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical responsibility when managing high-profile international brands. Delivering campaigns successfully required not only strategic thinking but also a deep respect for clients, partners, and team members, ensuring that everyone’s interests were considered and protected.
At Boundless, responsible engagement has become even more integral to my role. I work directly with Paul Jackson and the co-founders to support the growth of the agency while fostering a culture of collaboration and psychological safety. I actively encourage cross-functional input, mentor colleagues, and create spaces where people feel empowered to share ideas and take ownership. I also champion initiatives that generate long-term client value and promote positive impact, both socially and within the business.
I’ve found that responsible engagement is about more than ethics, it’s about empathy, connection, and contribution. By listening, supporting wellbeing, and building strong networks, I help teams achieve their goals while maintaining trust and credibility. Whether managing international accounts or leading strategic growth at Boundless, I strive to make every decision with integrity, transparency, and the shared success of everyone involved in mind.

About Rising Star

The Rising Star Programme, operated by BlackBark Productions, has been established for the purposes of recognising, celebrating and connecting young talented people who have a capacity for achievement and success and who contribute in an inspirational manner to the future of our nation. The qualities that elevate Rising Stars to the top go beyond performance and technical excellence. Rising Stars are polished, brilliant individuals with tremendous promise and great talent who excel for reasons that go far beyond their technical abilities alone.

Talented people make things happen, are highly committed to achieving goals, innovate very rapidly, and create a great deal of value (for companies and/or themselves) when their talent is spotted and harnessed.

The Programme aims to be a significant and sustainable vehicle through which organisations, our country and our continent can identify and nurture these “organisational and national assets” who are set to play a key role in shaping the future of our country and our continent.
