| I demonstrate systems thinking and sense-making by consistently approaching problems as interconnected operational ecosystems rather than isolated technical tasks. A strong example is my work in architecting a multi-stakeholder digital platform designed to support service delivery across healthcare, logistics, and payments. Instead of focusing on individual features, I mapped the full system: users, professionals, service providers, regulatory constraints, data flows, and failure points. This allowed me to identify where breakdowns typically occur — such as handovers between providers, data silos, and accountability gaps — and design the system around those pressure points. Sense-making was critical in translating complex, often conflicting requirements into coherent system structures. I broke down regulatory, operational, and user needs into clear domains, defined boundaries between services, and established rules for how information and responsibilities move across the system. This reduced ambiguity for users and enabled the platform to scale without losing control or clarity. I apply the same thinking across enterprise systems work, where I help organisations move from fragmented tools to integrated operational environments. By understanding how people, processes, and technology interact, I design systems that support better decision-making, resilience, and long-term growth.
