| I have an annual ritual of reading good to great and atomic habits given each time I do it I've had great outputs that when applied have made positive impacts to our business and bought multiple copies of the book for our team so they are on the same page and understand the rational for the optimsation in changes and adaptations. This year inspired by these changes we have a major pivot that would unlock a totally new set of opportunities for our business and team members where we'd (in a nutshell) buy certain ecommerce businesses and rather than just working for them, own them and create multiples in returns that we could never achieve simply operating as an agency, staff would have a profit share in this and we'd unlock a new capability in how we show the team value. We flattened our structure long ago and keep a town hall meeting as a standing feature each week to totally disolve silo's without making our team generalists in the craft. We operate and service markets around the world and keep notable movements and changes as part of weekly feedback in the aforementioned weekly sessions we hold (company wide) We encourage and create time for our team to take sabbaticals and explore their own spirittuality and beliefs its so important. Where they comfortable to we create space to share insights and encourage responsible dialogue that doesn't exclude banter so we never get too serious but show respect. |
