At Nine80 Digital Media, I've had the privilege of being part of a team that's revolutionizing Africa's digital landscape. As a leading digital publishing and advertising company, we've consistently shown agility in responding to the evolving needs of our youth demographic across the continent. We've achieved this by continuously innovating and expanding our digital platforms to cater to diverse interests and demands. Also changing trends and digital parameters which is a reality of any business functioning solely in the digital realm. We have had to adjust to poor internet speeds and feature phones to a more digital savvy environment and this has required much agility from me as the leader of the business.

One notable example is our rapid expansion into new markets, including Kenya, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Nigeria, within a short span of time. This required swift adaptation to local preferences, content localization, and strategic partnerships. Our ability to pivot and respond to market demands has enabled us to establish a strong presence across Africa.
